Shipping
eli. aims to dispatch your items within 3 days. Some items take a little longer to make, please check individual items for estimated dispatch times. We offer standard and next day delivery.
Standard Delivery
eli.'s couriers will deliver all items within 3-7 days of dispatch. We offer tracking on all orders. Please contact us and the delivery courier if there is any issues with your deliveries.
Next day Delivery
eli.'s couriers will deliver your order next day with all orders placed before 1pm of dispatch. Some orders placed after 1pm will be delivered 1 day after dispatch.
We need an email and mobile phone number for all orders placed for our couriers.
International Shipping
We deliver to some European countries. Please allow 3-5 days delivery time. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact us. Please note that you may be asked to pay tax on items purchased before delivery due to Brexit.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order for any reason, please get in contact with us. Unfortunately we don't offer returns or exchanges on some of out items due to hygiene reasons.

If you would like an exchange on your item/items, we offer this with 14days of purchase. All items that want to be exchanged should be in a re-sellerable condition. (unworn and unwashed).
